Cards ship in the condition our condition guide describes at the time of shipment. If something is damaged in transit, email photos of the card and packaging within 2 days of delivery and we refund or replace it.

All sales are final, except damaged, not-as-listed or wrong items. Cancelling after packing but before shipping carries a 10% restocking fee. If we ever have to cancel because of an inventory mistake on our end, you get a full refund plus $5 in store credit.

The offer form gives you a submission number like HDG-7K3M9Q. Enter it on the submission status page to see where your cards are, the date your offer holds until, and when you were paid.

No. We meet in person around Lake County, Illinois. Otherwise, you ship to us at your cost.

PayPal, Venmo or Zelle, or cash in person. Shipped cards are paid within 2 business days of being verified.

We email an itemized revised offer and wait for your answer before paying. You have 3 days to reply; no reply means the revised offer is accepted and paid. If you decline, we return your cards and you cover return shipping. Counterfeit, proxy or altered cards are not paid for and are destroyed; we list them for you by name.
